Foodie travelers have every reason to do culinary travel - local delicacies and good foods are the main attractions that feast the eyes, as well as the belly.

Now we all know that those delicious meals are not necessarily healthy. If you do culinary travel on regular basis, it’s highly recommended for you to watch out what you eat. You need to be reasonable in the amount you eat, especially if the foods sit high in the glycemic index food list.

You can still enjoy your culinary travel by doing south beach diet phase 1 on regular basis. Please note, you shouldn’t do this diet for a long term - that’s why it only lasts for 14 days. The key is to mix and match what you eat, and do avoid carbohydrates whenever possible, especially those that have high Glycemic Index (GI,) as they have strong impact on your blood sugar levels.

Eat responsibly, be healthy, and enjoy your travel!
